# FlapJax Receipt Relay Q35 - independent on-chain audit of the buyback program, 10-09 to 10-18 (UTC)

## Method (why the buy list cannot be incomplete)

- Treasury 0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f; PancakeSwap V3 FLAPJAX/WBNB 1% pool 0xcA93EC685b8623688E6B236f9068034B298c2150; FLAPJAX BEP-20 0x90c8889f428F9Ebb77BB8f15CAD3a50a9aC680df (18 decimals).
- I enumerated every block in which the treasury's FLAPJAX balance OR the treasury's native BNB balance changed, over the padded range blocks 126,152,269 to 128,838,305 (2026-10-07/08 through 2026-10-20/21 UTC, at least one full day of padding on each side of the window). 257 FLAPJAX-change blocks and 281 BNB-change blocks were found; the balance series reconciles with zero breaks (each block's "after" equals the next block's "before").
- A buyback buy must credit FLAPJAX to the treasury, so it must appear as an inbound change in that enumeration; nothing inbound can hide. Inside the window the ONLY inbound FLAPJAX credits to the treasury are the nine buys below. Every other in-window FLAPJAX change of the treasury is outbound (program payouts to other addresses, 50,000 to 15,000,000 FLAPJAX each - visible on the same transfer logs).
- For each candidate transaction I pulled the receipt, decoded the pool's V3 Swap event (topic 0x19b47279256b2a23a1665c810c8d55a1758940ee09377d4f8d26497a3577dc83) and read the FLAPJAX amount from the token's own Transfer log (to = treasury). For all nine buys the Swap event's token0 amount equals minus the Transfer-log credit, and the Swap recipient is the treasury. The treasury's FLAPJAX balance diff at each buy block equals the Transfer-log amount exactly, and its BNB outflow per buy is 0.01 BNB value plus about 0.0000064 BNB gas.

## Totals and prices (formulas shown)

## Statement checks

1. "Nine buys of 0.01 BNB each (0.09 BNB in total)" - **MATCH.** Exactly nine buys in the window; each tx value is exactly 0.01 BNB; the sum is exactly 0.09 BNB (gas extra, as expected).
2. "One a day except 10-15, which was missed and is owed as a make-up buy on 10-23" - **MATCH under a US-Eastern (UTC-4) day labeling; MISMATCH under strict UTC dates.** The chain shows: buys on 10-09, 10-10, 10-11, 10-12, 10-13, 10-14, then NO buy on 10-15 or 10-16 UTC, then TWO buys on 10-17 UTC (02:00:51Z and 13:29:27Z), then one on 10-18. On UTC dates that reads as two missed days and one doubled day. On a UTC-4 clock the first 10-17 buy (02:00:51Z) lands on 10-16 22:00:51 Eastern, giving exactly one buy per day except 10-15 - matching the statement. The six buys before the miss all ran at about 18:30Z (about 14:30 Eastern), consistent with an Eastern-clock program. The promised make-up buy on 10-23 is a future event and cannot be verified on-chain yet.
3. "Every buy's FLAPJAX went to the treasury" - **MATCH.** All nine pool Swap events name the treasury as recipient, and all nine FLAPJAX Transfer logs land on the treasury; the balance diff at each buy block equals the credited amount.
4. "The treasury sent no FLAPJAX to the pool in that window" - **MATCH.** Across the entire padded scan (not just the window) there is no FLAPJAX Transfer from the treasury to the pool. Every outbound treasury FLAPJAX transfer in the window went to other addresses (program payouts).

1. For each tx hash above: eth_getTransactionReceipt - confirm status 0x1, value 0.01 BNB (0x2386f26fc10000), a Swap log on 0xcA93EC685b8623688E6B236f9068034B298c2150 with topic0 0x19b472... and a Transfer log on 0x90c8889f428F9Ebb77BB8f15CAD3a50a9aC680df with the treasury as "to".
2. Balance accounting: read the treasury's FLAPJAX balanceOf before and after each buy block; the diff must equal the credited amount.
3. Buyback enumeration: scan FLAPJAX Transfer logs touching the treasury (both directions) over blocks 126,152,269-128,838,305; the only inbound credits inside the window are the nine buys.

Independently derived; no figure was copied from any other audit. This answer confirms the parts of the statement the chain supports and marks the one wording that depends on the day-boundary convention.
